Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If this period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Product is used

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@donatedirectly.com

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
